Great Tasting Sourdough French Rolls! Great With Anything From Soups to Meatloaf! This Recipes makes A lot of Rolls it can be reduced for smaller servings. Recipe makes about 120 rolls. Great for Big Functions.

4 Cups Sourdough Starter
4 Cups Butter Milk
20 Cups Flour
3 Tablespoons Salt
1 Cup Butter or Oil
1 Cup Sugar
4 pkgs Yeast
1. Combine Sourdough Starter and Butter Milk in Sauce Pot, Heat to 110 degrees. 2. Pour Mixture in a mixer with a kneader attachment. 3. Add Yeast to Mixture let sit 5 minutes. 4.. Add all other ingredients at once. Mix/Knead until dough looks smooth. 5. Place in a large bowl and let sit until doubled in size. About 1 Hour. 6. When done rising. Shape into 3 inch balls and line on a cookie sheet about 1/2 inch apart. 7. Let Double in size again. 1 Hour More. 8. About 1/2 way into rising. Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees. 9. When done with 2nd Rise. Place in Oven. Bake for 10-15 mins or Until Rolls are Golden Brown. 10. When Baking is done brush surface of rolls with butter. 11. Serve and Enjoy!
