This 7 Layer Salad recipe is a favorite of mine! All the layers blend together to make a delicious side dish that is perfect for holiday dinners, picnics, and more.

1 head of lettuce, shredded
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 bag frozen peas, thawed
5 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs, boiled
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 package Ranch dressing mix

1. This salad can be made in a 9×13 pan, Trifle Bowl or Salad Bowl. Spread lettuce in the bottom of your dish.
2. Next layer, spread onions on top of the lettuce.
