Easy And delicious potato salad that reminds you of good old farm cooking

5 Pound bag red potatoes
1 dozen eggs
One large sweet yellow onion
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup of yellow mustard
– Of onion salt
- Of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of sugar
Chopped green onion
Get two pans out one pan boil your red potatoes with the skin on Boil your eggs separate for 20 minutes then immediately set on ice for easy peeling After your potatoes have cooled peel skins In seperate bowl combine mustard and mayo with seasonings Dice your onion to add to it After you cut up eggs and potatoes to bite sized chunks mix in large bowl with cream sauce Top with chopped green onions! Bon appetite!
