Boiled,salted water spaghetti
1 1/4 cup of minced and fried meat with onions and salted
1 cup of Mozyrela grated cheese

Bechamel sauce ingredients :
4 cups liquid milk
4 tbsp flour
One pinch of nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter

1. To make bechamel sauce: Put the pot of milk on the fire and add the flour,and stir well.
2. Addthe butter, nutmeg and salt and mix until the mixture holds together and get thicker
3. Prepare a tray or oven dish and and rub it in with butter and then put one teaspoon of bechamel in the tray .
4. Put half the amount of boiled spaghetti and rub itin and distribute it to make a little layer and add the bechamel sauce.
5. Add the minced and fried meat with onions over it and distribute it evenly over the pasta
7. Keep the amount of the remaining pasta and distribute it to make a second layer
8. Pour the rest of the bechamel to cover the entire pasta
9. Apply the cheese on the top and still fit into the oven temperature to 180 for 15 minutes with reddening cheese.
