This Spanish style grilled marinated pork or prueba de cerdo recipe has a bit of kick, but not too much to intimidate those who prefer a milder taste. It is a hearty tapas dish to say the least. 1 lb pork loin cut into ?" slices
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp crushed red pepper
4 Tbs olive oil
½ tsp Kosher salt
3 tsp smoked Spanish Paprika
