These cookies will warm you from the inside out with spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.

2 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
8 ounces white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium bowl whisk all the dry ingredients together. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients. Mix the chocolate chips and nuts on a low speed. Spoon small mounds of dough onto a cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
