My husband was out of town last weekend. He left Thursday and got home on Monday but by Sunday night my life was a comedy of errors. Here's the sitch; my awesome niece, Rachel, came over to watch my kids while I had dinner with my friend Rich Sunday evening (yahoo!) but I failed to tell her that I would be taking her home later. 3/4 t. pepper, divided
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. chili powder
1/2 t. onion powder
1/2 t. cumin
4 (4 oz.) pieces salmon
2 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
1/2 small white onion, finely minced
2 T. cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
3/4 t. pepper, divided
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. chili powder
1/2 t. onion powder
1/2 t. cumin
4 (4 oz.) pieces salmon
