When autumn arrives, along with it comes all the fabulous flavors of fall. All things apple, cinnamon, pumpkin, which will get you NO complaints from me. Those are some of my favorite flavors and I will embrace them gladly along with the crisp fall weather and leaves. When this months addition of the Lady Behind the Curtain dessert challenge rolled around, I knew this one had my name written all over it! 1 box yellow cake mix (I used Betty Crocker)
3 eggs
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/3 cup Blue Moon Harvest Pumpkin Ale or any pumpkin ale)
1 T pumpkin pie spice
