Spicy Black Bean Burger is a spicy take on the black bean burger

3 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil, divided
1 shallot, minced
1 poblano pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cherry peppers, seeded and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. panko bread crumbs (may need more depending on texture of burgers)
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 hamburger buns
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1-2 Tbs. Sriracha
Tomato slices, lettuce and cucumber slices (optional toppings)
