Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Simmered in a tangy sauce, this tender, spicy chicken is perfect on sandwiches, in tacos, or on a salad!

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 pounds skinless chicken breast (or thighs), cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces and seasoned with salt and pepper
1 yellow onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 can (14.5 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup hot-pepper sauce (I used Frank's)
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon molasses, brown sugar or honey
