Green capsicums,chopped 2 medium
• Basmati rice,cooked 3 cups
• Oil 2 tablespoons
• Garlic,chopped 1 tablespoon
• Dried red chillies,broken 2
• Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons
• Garam masala powder 2 teaspoons
• Pav bhaji masala 2 teaspoons
• Salt to taste
• Basmati rice,cooked 3 cups
• Oil 2 tablespoons
• Garlic,chopped 1 tablespoon
• Dried red chillies,broken 2
• Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons
• Garam masala powder 2 teaspoons
• Pav bhaji masala 2 teaspoons
• Salt to taste
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté till light brown. Add dried red chillies and sauté for a minute.
Add green capsicums, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and pav bhaji masala. Mix well...
