Spicy Chicken, Squash and Tomatoes features olive oil, chicken, zucchini, yellow squash, Hunt’s canned tomatoes, and onions with herbs and spices.

1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup onion
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans Hunt\'s® Diced Tomatoes With Spicy Red Pepper, undrained (14.5 ounces each)
1 pound zucchini
1 pound yellow squash
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Chop zucchini and yellow squash in fourths lengthwise, then into bite sized pieces. (see picture above) Dice onion. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat....
