Spicy Chocolate Cupcakes with Spicy Cream Cheese Frosting

Use this recipe to amp up a regular box cake mix! The combination of sweet and spicy makes a perfect dessert!

Cupcakes:
1 box chocolate cake mix (I used Pillsbury's German Chocolate mix)
2 egg whites
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of ground red pepper flakes (use more if you want your cupcake really spicy)
Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4-5 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
