Spicy Cilantro Hummus

A smooth and spicy hummus.

1/4 cup tahini (sesame-seed paste)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1-7 ounce can chopped green chilies, undrained
1/4 cup jarred jalapeno slices
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon dried cilantro
2 cloves garlic, peeled
2-15 ounce cans chickpeas, drained
1/2 cup liquid from drained chickpeas
2 tablespoons olive oil
In a food processor add tahini and lemon juice. Mix well. Add chilies, jalapenos ,salt, pepper, and cilantro. Mix well. Add whole garlic cloves and a handful of chickpeas. Mix well. Continue adding...
