1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 cup cinnamon chips
