Spicy Jalapeño Artichoke Dip

This spicy, cheesy, melty artichoke dip is perfect for game day feasting! We've made them in individual mini bread bowls so there's no need to share.

1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained
¼ c grated parmigiano-reggiano
¼ c grated asiago
¼ c grated mozzarella, plus ¼ c more set aside
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ c mayonnaise
Juice of ½ of a lemon
½ jalapeno, finely chopped (with seeds for spicier dip, without seeds for less spicy)
¼ yellow onion, grated or finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1 large bread boule, or 3-6 small bread boules or rolls
