Spicy Jalapeño Artichoke Dip

This spicy, cheesy, melty artichoke dip is perfect for game day feasting! We've made them in individual mini bread bowls so there's no need to share.

1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained
¼ c grated parmigiano-reggiano
¼ c grated asiago
¼ c grated mozzarella, plus ¼ c more set aside
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ c mayonnaise
Juice of ½ of a lemon
½ jalapeno, finely chopped (with seeds for spicier dip, without seeds for less spicy)
¼ yellow onion, grated or finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1 large bread boule, or 3-6 small bread boules or rolls

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Cut a large round hole in the bread boule and pull out the insides to hollow it out. Set these inside pieces aside. Rough chop by hand or blend the artichoke hearts in a food...
