This Jerk Chicken is done easily in the slow cooker with fruit juices and hot sauce.

4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
3 cups Frank's Red Hot Sauce
3 cups Brown Sugar, packed
1 can Pineapple Chunks
1 can Mandarin Oranges
1 large can Pears (just the liquid)
4 cups Brown Rice
