Halloween will be here before we know it! These spider web cupcakes are perfect for your next Halloween party and are so easy to make. They are so fun for your kids to decorate themselves!

16 ounce can vanilla frosting (or your favorite homemade frosting)
Chocolate frosting, for decorating
