This smooth eggnog custard pie is spiced with rum, nutmeg and cinnamon and brimming with holiday flavor.

1 disk refrigerated pie dough or your favorite recipe
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 2/3 cups + 2 tablespoons eggnog
2 tablespoons spiced rum
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
