These yummy breakfast cakes are so delicious you and your family won't even noticed that they are healthy and packed full of antioxidants and vitamins. They are fluffy and delicious to eat for breakfast, or for a grab and go snack.

1 cup organic baby spinach
1 cup low fat milk
1 beaten egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons warm honey
