Spinach and Mozzarella Turkey Burgers

Sneak some healthy spinach into your burger for an extra nutrient punch. These burgers are great for summer and a nice change from the same old burger!

1 lb ground turkey
1 egg
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup packed frozen spinach (thawed, moisture squeezed out)
pepper to taste
Add all the ingredients in a medium bowl and combine well without over mixing. Form into 4 equal sized patties. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before cooking. Cook thoroughly. Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings.
