Spinach and Sundried Tomato Sauce

Spinach
Sundried tomatoes
Chicken Broth, 1 can
100% whole wheat flour, about 1 tablespoon
Butter , about 1/12 tablespoons
Parmesan cheese, about 1/4 cup
salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, basil and garlic (to taste)
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Slowly add the whole wheat flour. Keep adding until it forms a loose paste. Slowly add the chicken broth. Let that simmer for a little. Add the tomato, spinach and parmesan cheese. At this point the sauce should be thickening up. I usually let it simmer at this point. I tend to add the spices towards the end of cooking. I prefer the stronger taste of the garlic and other spices. But, it is completely up to you- you could certainly add the spices at the very beginning.
