Spinach Artichoke Bean Dip

Perfect for an appetizer or even a meal!

8 oz can refried beans, fat free
8 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
1/2 cup jalapeños, sliced
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
1/2 cup jalapeños, sliced
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-Sauté onions, spinach and artichokes with olive oil in small frying pan for 5-10 minutes.
-Spread refried beans in bottom of baking dish.
-Spread greek yogurt over top of beans.
-Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top.
-Layer with spinach, artichokes, onions and banana peppers
-Next spread blacks beans evenly.
-Layer jalapeños over top.
-Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese and beans bubble.
-Serve with tortilla chips.
