white onion
salt and pepper
thaw 1/4 c. frozen chopped spinach and toss with garlic, diced white onion, 2 T. lime juice, 1 lb ground breakfast turkey sausage, pepper. Form into patties. Cook in skillet. Salt prior to flipping. Allow to rest.
