Basmati rice(2 cups)
Bunch of Spinach
Carrot chopped [1 cup ]
Green peas[1 cup ]
Cauliflower chopped [1 cup ]
Sliced onions [2 medium size ]
ginger garlic and green chillies chopped [1 table spoon each ]
Bay leaves 2 to 3
pepper corn 4to 5
small stick of Cinnamon Few petals of saffron soaked in milk
Soak rice for half an hour and boil with pepper corn bay leaves an Cinnamon strain and cool it take a pan and put ghee in it to fry onions when onions change the colour add ginger garlic and green chillies fry till you get the flavour of garlic Put all the vegetables and fry till little soft Now add spinach and mix well Put rice and saffron mix well and cover it with lid Cook for few minutes Take a serving tray and put rice over it Garnish with roasted cashews
