This delicious Spinach, Roasted Pepper and Havarti Quiche with is perfect for a weekend or holiday breakfast or brunch!

1 pie crust
6 eggs
3/4 light cream
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup roasted peppers, chopped, pat dry of extra liquid before adding to pie crust
1 1/2 cups Havarti cheese
salt and pepper to taste
