Spiralized Apple, Cheddar & Prosciutto Salad is a fresh and healthy salad with amazing fall flavors. Sweet and tart apples are combined with sharp cheddar and salty prosciutto tossed in a light honey Dijon vinaigrette.

¼ c. honey mustard salad dressing
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. whole grain mustard
1 Granny Smith apple, spiralized or thinly sliced
2 sweet variety apples, spiralized or thinly sliced
2 oz. sharp cheddar, diced
3 slices prosciutto, torn into small pieces

If you are following us since the beginning, then you know how much we love pumpkins. We had some leftover pumpkin puree and decided to create the best recipe for Vegan Pumpkin Bread!

Bread:
210 g spelt flour
70 g almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
130 g coconut sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
75 ml unsweetened almond milk
75 g melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
