1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. whole grain mustard
1 Granny Smith apple, spiralized or thinly sliced
2 sweet variety apples, spiralized or thinly sliced
2 oz. sharp cheddar, diced
3 slices prosciutto, torn into small pieces
