This a family favorite on a juicy burger. We also love to dip our fries into this yummy sauce.

1. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2. 1/2 cup ketchup
3. 1 medium onion, sauteed and cooled
4. 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
1. Combine ketchup and mayonnaise together and mix well. 2. Add chopped pickles and sauteed onions and mix. 3. Enjoy immediately!!!

1 cup Avocado ( Or 1/2 of an average-sized avocado )
1 cup Pineapple ( Don't add the pineapple bark into the mix )
1 cup Banana ( Without the peel )
1 slice Ginger

1. Place all ingredients into a blender
2. Add water until it reaches 3/4 of the cup
3. Blend for 30 seconds
