Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce

Crunchy spring rolls with a nutty sauce for dipping. A great appetizer next time you make Chinese food.

FOR THE ROLLS
1 package of spring roll wraps (found in the ethnic section of most grocery stores)
1/2 of a red cabbage
3 carrots
2 stalks celery
3 sprigs basil (preferably fresh, but frozen works too)
1 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1/2 tsp white pepper
pinch of salt
FOR THE SAUCE
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp peanut oil
1 clove of mild, minced garlic
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sugar
