Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove giblets and "inside" pieces from chicken. Rinse inside and out. Pat dry with paper towels, Place on cooking stand ( or use an empty drink can) and spray with cooking spray. Coat with Cavender's Greek Seasoning all over the chicken.
Cook 20 minutes per pound or until juices run clear.
Variation: Substitute lemon pepper or mix your favorite spices together instead of Greek Seasoning
