Delicious recipe from Starbucks for their amazingly moist and nutty banana bread.

2 cups white whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup + 2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons buttermilk or milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ripe medium-large bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup + 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup + 2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil

1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a loaf pan (9x5x3).
