ONION & MUSHROOM GRAVY
2 large onions, sliced thin
16 oz mushrooms
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
3 TB worcestershire
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
¾ cup heavy cream
¾ cup beef broth
STEAK & SANDWICH
2 pounds of lean beef tenderloin or sirloin, sliced very thin
2 Tablespoons olive oil to cook beef
5 cloves minced Fresh garlic
1 tablespoon Steak seasoning, Montreal Steak seasoning
6 slices Provolone or Swiss sliced cheese
6 soft Italian Hoagie Rolls
4 to 6 Tablespoons butter to toast Rolls
