Stovetop Mac and Cheese

This yogurt based mac and cheese is on the healthier side, but your kids will probably forgive you when they taste it.

¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp deli mustard
1 tbsp butter
1 clove minced garlic
¼ tsp fresh grated ginger OR 1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
1 cup milk
1 lb or 1 box pasta noodles (we recommend shells, elbow macaroni, or rotini)
Black pepper to taste
