Stracciatella Frozen Yoghurt

Frozen yogurt is the best treat you can have in the summer. Cold and not too sweet - and it only gets better by adding a little chocolate. Enjoy!

3 (7,5 dl) cups lowfat plain yoghurt
1/2 (1,2 dl) cup sugar (I don't like things too sweet - some people will like a bit more)
Beans from one vanilla pod - or 1 tsp. vanilla extract
40 g. dark chocolate (I used 80%) chopped (or 40 g. chocolate chips)
1/2 (1,2 dl) cup sugar (I don't like things too sweet - some people will like a bit more)

Mix everything together.
Freeze in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturers instructions.
Eventually freeze a bit more in the freezer to firm.
