Strawberries & Cream French Toast

The strawberries are scrumptious, the cream cheese is to die for and the French toast gives you the heartiness needed to kick your day off.

3 cups fresh strawberries, diced
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced thin
1 ¼ cup sugar, divided
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 ½ tsp vanilla or almond extract, divided
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 loaf of Texas Toast
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
