Strawberry and Peach Scones

Light and fluffy without being overly sweet, these scones are perfect for breakfast or brunch!

2 c unbleached, all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c sugar
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp baking powder
6 tbsp cold butter, cut into pieces
2 large eggs
1/3 c Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c diced peaches
1/2 c diced strawberries
2 tbsp sugar
