I’m not a big fan of jams. But I wanted to make a quick and easy jam to serve as a filling of my grandma’s cake. And so I did. Before writing the recipe, I need to tell you something. I didn’t measure one thing. I didn’t. So, I’m gonna tell you the quantities close to what I used. But the great thing about jams is that you can taste it and add a bit more of sugar or fruit or rum, if you feel like it. At least, that’s what I do.
