Strawberry Angel Cream Dessert

A fresh twist on your typical Angel Food cake recipe...super easy! Thank you to my friend Lisa for sharing!

1 box Angel cake mix, prepared as directed on box, baked in a 9 by 13 pan (cooled)
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups strawberries, cut in pieces
3 cups cool whip
1. Bake your Angel Food Cake and allow to cool completely. I have only used a boxed mix, though I may try making the cake homemade next time! 2. Remove the insides of the cake leaving 1/4\\\" on the sides and bottom. 3. Take the cake insides and place in a bowl. Add cream cheese and condensed milk and strawberries. Blend well. Stir in 1 cup of cool whip. 4. Pour into cake. 5. Top with remaining cool whip and garnish with extra strawberries. 6. Refrigerate one hour before serving.

1/2 c finely diced celery
1/2 c finely diced carrots
1 clove minced garlic
1 bay leaf
2 t minced fresh thyme
2 t minced fresh rosemary
8 c chicken stock
4 c cooked white rice
2 T chopped fresh parsley
1 T fresh lemon juice

Family friendly Tuna Noodle Casserole made with a simple cheddar cheese sauce and crunchy buttery Parmesan panko breadcrumbs,

Tuna Casserole:
8 ounces wide egg noodles
5 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
5 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cups milk (2%)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1 cup shredded white cheddar
2 pouches tuna in water
1 cup frozen baby peas
Crumb Topping:
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter melted
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
