Sweet, filling crepes for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Crepes:

1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter

Strawberry Apple filling/topping:

2 pounds sliced strawberries
3 medium apples, peeled and diced
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
**optional: whipped cream and walnuts for topping
