These cookies are soft and sweet strawberry and white chocolate oh so Good Easy and Delicious what could be better

what you need:
1 box strawberry cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 oz Neufchatel cheese {light cream cheese}, room temperature
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
