Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Cheesecake. In ice cream form. Stop the presses.

Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 5 whole crackers)
2 Tbsp sugar
4 tbsp butter
Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into a pie plate and bake at 350° for 7-8 minutes. Cool completely and crumble. Chill.

Ice Cream Base:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 cups cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pint berries, chopped or mashed
