Here is a really yummy recipe that is unique with a pop of flavor. I love anything to do with muffins and strawberries and my hubby loves cheesecake so this recipe really is the perfect one for us! Plus, the kiddos love it too…they think it’s a delicious cupcake. icon wink Strawberry Cheesecake Muffins Enjoy..

2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cups chopped Strawberries
FILLING:
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 beaten egg
1 tsp Vanilla
TOPPING:
1/4 cup Flour
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 tbsp Butter
