I am just not enough of a morning person to get up and cook everyone breakfast, unless I find something so easy and delicious I can't pass it up. This recipe is really simple to throw together and tastes amazing! Definitely a home cooked breakfast you could even throw together on a busy weekday!

2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups milk
1 large egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ripe banana, peeled, 1/2-inch slices
