This strawberry creme stuffed french toast is a family favorite and worth getting out of bed for! My hubby gets creative in the kitchen with this sweet,soft but a little crunchy, fruity, creamy, doughy deliciousness! He uses a sour dough bread that he slices thick and makes the perfect slit in the bread to be able to stuff it with a strawberry creme filling, and with adding a little crunch on top from crushed cereal this stuffed french toast cooks to perfection, and we are serving it up with fre

1 Sourdough Bread Loaf
The Dredge
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
2 Tablespoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
The Filling
8 ounces cream cheese
1 lb strawberries,chopped saving 1/4 cup for top
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
The Crunch
2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, crushed

Heat up a griddle to 350, if you don't have a griddle a stove-top skillet pan works great!
