These Strawberry Crepes look like an involved breakfast, but they're actually quite a bit easier than they look. These will make for an impressive dish at your next brunch.

For strawberry sauce:
1/2 cup water
1/2 sugar
1 cup strawberries, diced

For the crepes:
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup flour

For the filling:
1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
strawberry sauce
maple syrup
whipped cream
