Super easy, three ingredient cookie that's perfect for any occasion where you need to whip up a quick treat!

1 (8 oz.) tub of whipped topping
1 box of strawberry cake mix (any flavor can be used)
1 egg
powdered sugar

Mix box of cake mix, egg, and whipped topping together in a medium sized bowl. Prepare a small bowl of powdered sugar. Next, drop cake mixture by spoonfuls into small bowl of powdered sugar. Coat well. Place coated cake balls onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes on 350. Allow to cool, then serve.
