1 box lemon cake mix
3/4 cup strawberry preserves
1 container strawberry lemonade frosting (Pillsbury)
1 lemon
3/4 cup strawberry preserves
1 container strawberry lemonade frosting (Pillsbury)
1 lemon
Bake cake in 2 8-inch round pans according to directions. Let cool completely.
Spread the strawberry preserves over the top of the first cake.
Cut off the top of the second cake so it's flat on both sides.
Place the second cake on top of the first so the preserves are in between.
Frost cake.
Grate the lemon peel on top of the cake.
