Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes with Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting

Beautiful cupcakes that taste as good as they look! They are a perfect summer cupcake!

1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 3-oz box vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs 1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup strawberry jam
1 tsp lemon zest

Lemon Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Frosting
4-ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup butter, softened
pinch of salt
1-2 tsp lemon zest
4-5 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp strawberry jam
