This smoothie has a refreshing, mellow flavor of mint, a slight tang from the yogurt, and the orange juice gives you a little boost of energy.

2 cups frozen, sliced strawberries
1-2 tablespoons mint leaves
1 cup orange juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt, greek or regular
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. It it is too tart, add 1 tablespoon of sugar. The tartness depends on the type of yogurt you use. Enjoy!
