Strawberry Poptarts

Strawberry poptarts are a childhood favorite treat, but they often contain ingredients that I’m not interested in feeding my family. Because I enjoy making a lot of our meals & snacks from scratch, I knew there had to be a way to make homemade poptarts, since just about anything can be made at home with the help of the internet (& crafty new kitchen appliances!)

1 tsp water
1 pie crust (using freshly ground wheat berries)
